CAN COLORS BE CHANGED ON A CAKE?

The designs pictured on our website are just design references, the colors can be specified.

WHAT SIZE CAKE DO I NEED?

Depending on the number of servings you’re in need of, our cake consultants will recommend the suggested size. However, if you are desiring something smaller or larger we are happy to accommodate.

DOES MY CAKE COME WITH FLOWERS/RIBBONS?

We do ask that our customers provide both ribbon and flowers to be placed on the cake. The amount of ribbon is dependent on the size of the cake and it needs to be a satin finish with no wire. Fresh flowers are provided the day before, or silk may be brought two weeks in advance (for weddings).

WHAT KIND OF ICING DO YOU USE?

Our butter cream is an Italian meringue whipped buttercream. It is subtle in sweetness but is still creamy in texture. We also use a variety of icings depending on the flavor of cake or the décor. The list of icing can be found on our list of cake flavors.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver on orders of $75.00 or more. Depending on where you are located in the valley we also charge a delivery fee. We do not do same day delivery.

DO YOU MAKE FAUX CAKES?

Although our decorators have designed many beautiful faux cakes for our show room, we do not make them to order.

WHAT ARE YOUR MOST POPULAR CAKE FLAVORS?

Our most popular cake flavor is the Strawberry Bavarian, which is a white cake with vanilla Bavarian and fresh sliced strawberries as a filling. Second is our chocolate cake with dark chocolate mousse. Next in line is the lemon cake with raspberry mousse. All delicious, but we encourage to get your ideal cake. Consultants can discuss and recommend flavor pairings.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

For custom cake design we do typically ask for the order to be placed two weeks in advance. In a case where it is less than two weeks, the best thing to do is to send a picture or call in with a 
reference photo to see if it can still be done. The only designs with a two day or less turn around would be found in our signature collection.

ARE CAKE TASTINGS FREE?

Our wedding tastings are complimentary. We do however require a card number to hold the reservation. In the instance of a no show or a last minute cancellation, a $25.00 fee is charged.
